Last week I was able to help out Gilbert Li, Principal of The Office of Gilbert Li, because he was in a pinch for some wood type for a photo shoot. In addition to an email thanking me for the wood type I supplied, he also sent a note. A handwritten thank-you on letterpress printed personal stationery - top notch class.
