Sometimes I have a vague idea of what it is I want to print. When I'm not sure, I get anxious and start to just pull the printing equipment together. I trust that by going through the motions, the colours will come to me as I mix them. Same goes for the composition. It feels a little bit like wandering. Going for it and seeing what happens.
