Ever since Alexandria mentioned making homemade lemonade popsicles, I've been wanting to do the same. I picked up a simple popsicle mould at the supermarket and rummaged in the fridge to see what we could use to make our first summer's treat. Chris got to experimenting and made a few great flavours. Here's some of the assorted flavours we've tried so far: banana + blueberry + almond milk smoothie, brown rice green tea (with some sugar), Kahlua + almond milk, peach and tangerine juice + almond milk, strawberry jam + almond milk and peanut butter + nutella + almond milk.
Right now, I'm about to bite into a pineapple + coconut milk popsicle and I'm pretty sure it's going to be my favorite. Other flavours in the line up will be grape juice, coffee, and apple sauce popsicles :) So easy to make and so many possibilities.
PS. Happy Canada Day, folks! The weather in Toronto is going to be nice and warm for the next few days and Chris and I will be hanging out at the cottages.
