my pretty

I found a press that made my heart go pitter-patter. While searching for quoins and furniture, I came across Don Black Linecasting in Toronto. I looked at his vast inventory of presses and found the Adana Eight-Five. It was a common table-top press in Britian around the 1950’s. I did more research on the press and was convinced that this one is what I should be starting my letterpress adventures on. It’s fairly easy to use and it inks the form for you. Sold.
