I've always enjoyed seeing kids marvel at the use of a letterpress. Even my little one, at three years of age, is interested in how "mommy makes prints". So today I'm happy to be offering, for the first time, a workshop for kids between the ages 8 and 12 that not only introduces them to the basic of printmaking with a press, but with a fun twist! We'll be using the iconic LEGO bricks to create, design and make impressions. Kids will have the opportunity to come up with their own layouts or choose from a few simple ready-made patterns.
